At MyHomeWay we want you to always be happy for your purchases and we follow a flexible returns policy, always in accordance with the existing legislation and the terms of the companies / manufacturers of the products we trade. Whether you received a defective product, or there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can ask for its replacement or the refund of the money you made available, as long as the following are met:

Terms of return

1. Product returns may be accepted within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt.
2. The product must have been purchased exclusively from MyHomeWay.
3. Under no circumstances may a product which is not in its original state be accepted. This means that the product must:

• Not washed.
• Not have been used in any way.
• To have all his signs.
• Do not have its packaging damaged.

4. The defective product shall be replaced only by the same product.

5. For hygiene reasons, refunds to:

• pillows
• baby items such as bottles, pacifiers, nipples, chewing and teething items
• toilet lids
• protective masks

Return procedure

A. In case of return due to a defective product or due to an error in your order

(if for example you received a product other than the one you ordered) to complete the return of the item and provided that the conditions mentioned above are met:

1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. In case of a defective product it is necessary to send us a photo of the item in the info@myhomeway.gr in order to have a better picture in our communication with you and to confirm with the manufacturer the acceptance of the return.

4. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipment.
5. In case the product has a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, you send the package based on the way you received it, namely: a) by elta courier and a recipient’s charge. The subsequent charge will be 5 euros, regardless of the volume of product or b) in consultation with the shipping company that made the delivery to you. Your charge will be either 9 or 15 euros depending on the volume of the product(s). The delivery address is: Leonidou 5, Lamia, 35100.

B. In case you want to return a product because you changed your mind,

and if the conditions mentioned above are met, you can choose any shipping company you wish, since the transportation costs in this case are borne by the customer and not by MyHomeWay.

Alternatively, you can choose to ship the product with ELTA courier and charge the recipient. Your subsequent charge will be 5 euros, regardless of the volume of product.
And in this case the following steps apply:
1. Contact us to clarify the details of the return.
2. Download here the Return Form, fill it in and send it to us by mail to the info@myhomeway.gr.
3. Pack the product so that it is protected during shipping.
