Right of withdrawal

(under Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended by M.D. Z1/891/2013 – Government Gazette B 2144/2013)

• You are entitled to withdraw from this contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product(s).
• In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post – post or e-mail). You can use the attached template withdrawal form, without this being mandatory,

  . We will transmit to you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
• If you withdraw from this contract you must return the product(s) in the condition you received them along with the retail receipt. The product must not to have been washed, not to have been used in any way, to have all its labels and not to have damaged its packaging. No refund can be made if the product has been used after it has been opened or if it is damaged. The return is made to the supplier (MyHomeWay) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the day on which you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case you are charged with the direct cost-cost of returning the goods.
• The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the company (MyHomeWay) for the shipment of the product to him as well as the shipping costs for its return.
• Similarly, the company is obliged to reimburse you the price received as well as the delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the goods back.
• The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for such a refund.
• You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of their management other than that necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and function.
